Anti-CAST Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Calpastatin (CAST), supplied by Antibodies.com. This unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blotting and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The reagent is KO Validated, with the target protein reported at a molecular weight of 130 kDa. For Western blot applications, the recommended dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 550–650 of human CAST (NP_001177371.1). The antibody is presented as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.
