Anti-CASR Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CaSR, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The reagent is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated in liquid form, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 180–536 of human CaSR (NP_000379.3). The product is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with an observed molecular weight of 130–260 kDa. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

Applications include Western blot (WB) at a recommended dilution of 1:500–1:1,000 and immunohistochemistry (IHC) at 1:50–1:200, supported by three scientific validation images. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
