Anti-Caspase-9 (phospho-T125) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody that recognises Caspase-9 only when phosphorylated at threonine 125 (T125). It is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), reacting with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Caspase-9 surrounding the threonine 125 phosphorylation site, and it specifically detects endogenous levels of Caspase-9 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr125. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE, and an observed molecular weight of ~ 35,48 kDa.
