Anti-Caspase 9 (E119) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets Caspase 9 and is supplied unconjugated. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100-150 of human Caspase 9, and the reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen to a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.

It is reported to detect endogenous levels of full length caspase-9 (48 kDa) and large fragments of caspase-9 (35 kDa), with a stated molecular weight of ~ 35, 48 kDa. The antibody is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.
