Anti-Caspase-8 (S347) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Caspase-8 at the S347 residue and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated antibody was raised in rabbit and is reactive with human and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 312–368 of human Caspase-8, and specifically detects endogenous levels of Caspase-8 protein. It is supplied at approximately 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at roughly pH 7.2.

The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein is observed at approximately 38 and 55 kDa.
