Anti-Caspase-8 (phospho-T341) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Caspase-8 and specifically recognises the phospho-Threonine 341 (T341) epitope. The unconjugated reagent has been validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Caspase-8 around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 341, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of Caspase-8 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr341. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight is approximately 38, 55 kDa.
