Description
Antibodies.com provides a polyclonal antibody raised in Rabbit against Caspase 7 p11. The unconjugated antibody is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry (ICC), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 217–262 of human Caspase 7. The antibody recognizes endogenous levels of total caspase-7 protein as well as the p11 subunit of mature caspase-7. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. Affinity purification against the epitope-specific immunogen yields a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
The target corresponds to bands at approximately 11 and 34 kDa.
