Anti-Caspase 7 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Caspase 7 and is supplied by Antibodies.com. Raised in a rabbit host, the unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP). Reactivity has been confirmed against human and mouse samples, and the antibody is of the IgG isotype.

Specificity is directed at endogenous levels of Caspase 7 protein, with the immunogen corresponding to recombinant full-length human Caspase 7. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen and reports a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 34 kDa.
