Anti-Caspase-6 p18 (D179) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Caspase-6 p18 and is supplied as an unconjugated preparation at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.

According to the manufacturer, the reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 150-200 of Human Caspase 6. It detects endogenous levels of the large subunit of active caspase-6 resulting from cleavage at Asp179 in human or Asp162 in mouse and rat, with an expected band at approximately 18 kDa. The product was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
