Anti-Caspase 5 p20 (D121) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide from the internal region of human Caspase-5 (amino acids 102–151) and specifically recognises the p20 subunit fragment generated adjacent to the Asp121 (D121) cleavage site. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a 50 µL liquid at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is validated for Western blot (WB) detection on human, mouse and rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2000, with short-term storage at 2–8 °C and long-term aliquoting at –20 °C to avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles. Produced by immunising rabbits with the epitope-specific immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography, the antibody is intended for research use only and is not licensed for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
