Anti-Caspase-3 Antibody

Produced as a recombinant rabbit monoclonal reagent by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated primary antibody is raised against Caspase-3, the cysteine-aspartic protease that acts as a central executioner of apoptosis. The reagent is validated for Western blot, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry, and recognizes the endogenous protein in human and rat samples including cell lysates, fixed cell preparations, tissue sections, and suspension-based assays. Each 50 µl vial is supplied in 1×TBS at pH 7.4 with 1% BSA and 40% glycerol as stabilizers, preserved with 0.05% sodium azide. Aliquot upon arrival, refrigerate, and protect from light to maintain performance over the stated shelf life.
