Anti-Caspase 2 (K152) Antibody

Antibodies.com supplies a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Caspase 2 (K152), provided unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 140–180 of human Caspase 2, and the reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

Validated for western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It is intended to detect endogenous levels of Caspase 2 protein, which migrates at a molecular weight of approximately 51 kDa.
