Anti-Caspase 1 (K372) Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent directed against Caspase 1 (K372). It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), supplied unconjugated, and reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 340–390 of Human Caspase 1. The antibody detects endogenous levels of Caspase 1 protein and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding > 95% purity by SDS-PAGE. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.

By Western blot, the antibody recognises multiple bands of approximately 20, 30–45 and 50 kDa.
