Anti-CASP9 Antibody [Assigned #A10097]

This Mouse monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Caspase-9 (CASP9), a key initiator cysteine protease in the intrinsic mitochondrial apoptotic pathway. Caspase-9 is recruited to the apoptosome complex where Apaf-1 and cytochrome c drive its activation, leading to cleavage of downstream effector caspases including caspase-3 and caspase-7.
