Anti-CASP9 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CASP9 (Caspase-9), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 139–416 of human Caspase-9 (NP_001220.2). The reagent is provided as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3 with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Reported molecular weights for the target are 36 kDa and 46 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
