Anti-CASP9 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against CASP9 (Caspase-9) and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 139-416 of human Caspase-9 (NP_001220.2). It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are WB at 1:500-1:1,000, IHC at 1:50-1:200 and ICC/IF at 1:50-1:200. The target is detected at approximately 35 kDa, 37 kDa and 47 kDa. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
