Anti-CASP8 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Caspase-8 (CASP8) and is provided as an unconjugated IgG reagent. It has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 300-400 of human Caspase 8 (NP_203519.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is prepared by affinity purification. Reported molecular weights are 57 kDa and 18 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:1,000, IHC 1:50-1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
