Anti-Casp7 Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody to Caspase-7, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 150–250 of human Caspase-7 (accession NP_001218.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 35 kDa. The antibody is provided in liquid form at a lot-specific concentration, formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and purified by affinity methods.
