Anti-CASP6 Antibody

Manufactured and distributed through the Antibodies.com catalogue, this affinity-purified reagent is raised in rabbit as a polyclonal antiserum directed against CASP6, the gene product also known as apoptotic protease Mch-2 (synonyms: CASP-6, CSP-6, MCH2). The immunogen is a recombinant human CASP6 protein, and the resulting preparation detects endogenous levels of total CASP6 in lysates of human and mouse origin. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL aliquot, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline without Mg²⁺ or Ca²⁺ at pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as cryoprotectant.
