Anti-CASP6 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Caspase-6 (CASP6). The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with human and mouse samples and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 194–293 of human Caspase-6 (NP_001217.2). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 35 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.
