Anti-CASP3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to Caspase-3 (CASP3), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 55–160 of human Caspase-3 (P42574), and the target's reported molecular weight is 35 kDa. The product is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:300 for ICC/IF. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
