Anti-CASP10 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against Caspase-10 (CASP10), provided as an unconjugated IgG reagent. It is raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 220–521 of human Caspase-10 (NP_116759.2) and is purified by affinity chromatography.

Validated for Western blotting on human and mouse samples, the antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 72 kDa. Recommended working dilutions for WB are 1:500–1:2,000.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The concentration is described as lot specific.
