Caspase 10 (CASP10) is a member of the cysteine-aspartic acid protease family that participates in the extrinsic apoptosis pathway, where it transduces death receptor signals—particularly through the Fas/CD95 pathway—to drive programmed cell death. Dysregulation of this protease has been linked to autoimmune lymphoproliferative syndrome (ALPS) and to certain lymphoid malignancies, making the protein a frequent target in studies of immune cell apoptosis and tumor biology.
Antibodies.com supplies this rabbit polyclonal reagent at 100 µl, unconjugated and intended for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows on human samples. Researchers apply it to track death receptor signaling, dissect DISC complex assembly, and follow the cleavage cascade that links surface receptor engagement to executioner caspase activation in lymphoid and epithelial model systems.
