Anti-CASK Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Primary Antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent specific for CASK, supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF).

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human CASK (NP_001119526.1), and the target protein carries a reported molecular weight of 115 kDa. The reagent is affinity-purified and formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

It is shipped at 4 °C and, once received, should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Reactivity is reported with human samples, with mouse reactivity also indicated in the catalogue listing.
