Anti-Casein Kinase IIα Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Casein Kinase IIα, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and ELISA applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human Casein Kinase IIα around the non-phosphorylation site of tyrosine 255 (Y255). The reagent detects endogenous levels of Casein Kinase IIα protein and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. It is provided as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide, at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
