Anti-Casein Kinase IIβ (S205) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Casein Kinase IIß and is specific for the phosphorylated serine 205 (S205) residue. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 175-220 of Human Casein Kinase IIß, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of CK2-ß protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 25 kDa.
