Anti-Casein Kinase Iε (P301) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Casein Kinase Iε (P301). It is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 250–350 of Human Casein Kinase Ie, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of Casein Kinase Ie protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target runs at approximately 47 kDa.
