Anti-Casein Kinase Iγ2 (G7) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises Casein Kinase Iγ2 and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal of human Casein Kinase Iγ2, and the reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 47 kDa.

The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. According to the manufacturer's specificity statement, it detects endogenous levels of Casein Kinase Iγ2 protein.
