Anti-Casein Kinase Iα (Q317) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com that targets Casein Kinase Iα at the Q317 region. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 300–350 of human Casein Kinase Iα. It detects endogenous levels of Casein Kinase Iα protein and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The Casein Kinase Iα target has a molecular weight of approximately 42 kDa.
