Anti-Casein Kinase Iα (F158) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Casein Kinase Iα and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The reagent was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 150–200 of human Casein Kinase Iα and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, giving a purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE. It specifically detects endogenous levels of Casein Kinase Iα protein, runs at approximately 42 kDa, and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF/ICC) applications.
