Anti-CAS Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies catalogue, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal preparation raised against the CAS (cellular apoptosis susceptibility) protein, with the immunogen being a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal region of the human target. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL, and is unconjugated for direct detection in standard immunoassays. It is validated for use in Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA, and shows reactivity with human samples. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the isotype is IgG. For shipping and storage, vials are dispatched at 4 °C; upon arrival they should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve reagent integrity.
