Anti-CARTPT Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to CARTPT, offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, reacting with Human and Mouse samples.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 50–116 of human CART (NP_004282.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 13 kDa. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The concentration is lot specific.

For Western blotting, a working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended; for ICC/IF, 1:50–1:200. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
