Anti-CARS Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises CARS and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 469–748 of human CARS (NP_001742.1), and the target migrates at approximately 85 kDa. It has been validated for Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The reagent is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Manufacturer-recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:10–1:100 for ICC/IF.
