Anti-CARP (A243) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CARP (A243). It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 212-262 of Human CARP as immunogen and detects endogenous levels of CARP protein. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 40 kDa. The product is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
