Anti-CARKL Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against CARKL. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal of human CARKL, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total CARKL protein. The reagent is formulated as rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Two scientific validation images are available.
