Anti-CARD8 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers this rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the CARD8 target. Provided as an unconjugated IgG reagent and purified by affinity chromatography, it is supplied in a liquid formulation.

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB); one source additionally lists immunohistochemistry (IHC) as a validated application. Reactivity is reported for Human samples, and additional sources indicate reactivity with Mouse and Rat as well. The immunogen used in production is a recombinant fusion protein or fragment corresponding to a region of human CARD8.

For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is given. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Reported formulations include phosphate-buffered saline with 50% glycerol and sodium azide, or 0.1M Tris/glycine buffer with 20% glycerol and 0.01% thimerosal.
