Anti-CARD6 (A2) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against CARD6 (A2), supplied as an unconjugated reagent. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications on human samples, and was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of human CARD6, detecting endogenous levels of CARD6/CIN protein.

The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target CARD6 protein migrates at ~116 kDa.
