This unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets CARD14, a scaffold protein best known for linking keratinocyte stress signals to NF-κB activation. The antibody was raised in rabbit and is provided as 100 µl of ready-to-titer stock for western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human samples.

CARD14 (also called CARMA2 or BIMP2) contains a caspase-recruitment domain, a coiled-coil region, a PDZ domain, and a MAGUK domain, and it sits upstream of BCL10 and MALT1 in the CBM signalosome. Researchers studying psoriasis, familial pityriasis rubra pilaris, or NF-κB signaling in epithelial tissue rely on this reagent to localize endogenous CARD14 expression in skin sections and to detect the corresponding band on immunoblots. Each vial is aliquoted on arrival to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
