CARD10 (also known as CARMA3 or BIMP1) is a caspase recruitment domain-containing scaffold protein that couples G-protein and stress-activated receptor signaling to NF-κB activation. This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against human CARD10 and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human samples.

The reagent is supplied as 100 µl of affinity-purified IgG at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, ready to dilute into standard blocking and washing buffers. Sodium azide is included as a preservative, so the antibody should not be added directly to live-cell staining buffers where azide may interfere. As an unconjugated preparation, the antibody is compatible with a broad choice of secondary labels — HRP for chemiluminescent Western blot, biotin–streptavidin systems for IHC, or fluorescent conjugates for imaging — giving laboratories flexibility in detection chemistry.

Polyclonal reactivity across multiple CARD10 epitopes can be advantageous when probing low-abundance targets or when working with samples where a single monoclonal epitope may be masked by post-translational modification or denaturation. For storage, the 50% glycerol formulation allows the vial to be kept at -20 °C without freezing solid, and aliquoting on first use helps limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles that can reduce titer.
