Anti-CARD10 Antibody

This Antibodies.com primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody to CARD10 (also known as Carma 3), supplied unconjugated as an IgG preparation. It is raised against a recombinant fusion protein encompassing amino acids 863–1032 of human CARD10 (NP_055365.2) and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. Reactivity has been demonstrated with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The reagent is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight of the target protein is 116 kDa and the concentration is lot-specific.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:100–1:500, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
