Anti-CAPZA2 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab175378)

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to CAPZA2, offered by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent has an IgG isotype and is raised in rabbit. Reactivity is reported for Human and Mouse samples, with Human, Mouse and Rat additionally noted on the manufacturer's datasheet. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-286 of human CAPZA2 (NP_006127.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 38 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
