Anti-CAPZA1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets CAPZA1 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, is of the IgG isotype, and is provided unconjugated. The product is supported by one scientific validation image.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–286 of human CAPZA1 (NP_006126.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Its reported molecular weight is 38 kDa and the concentration is lot specific.

For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:200–1:1,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
