Anti-CAPRIN1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Caprin-1, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent raised in rabbit. The antibody recognises CAPRIN1 and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 280–435 of human CAPRIN1 (NP_005889.3). The reagent is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid with a reported molecular weight of 120 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:1,000–1:5,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
