Anti-CAPN5 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against Calpain 5 (CAPN5) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows. The unconjugated IgG reagent was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 361–640 of human CAPN5 (NP_004046.2), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 73 kDa. Reactivity has been confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Following affinity purification, the antibody is supplied as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
