Anti-CAPN3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against Calpain 3 (CAPN3). The IgG isotype antibody is unconjugated, supplied as a liquid, and reacts with mouse and rat samples. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with 2 scientific validation images supporting the data.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–150 of human CAPN3 (NP_775111.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 114 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity purification and is provided in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal; the concentration is lot specific.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
