Anti-CAPN2 Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets CAPN2 (Calpain 2), a protein with a reported molecular weight of 80 kDa. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 520-700 of human Calpain 2 (NP_001739.2). The antibody is purified by affinity purification and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.

Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200.
