Anti-CAPN2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Calpain 2 (CAPN2) is available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is produced in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 350-680 of human Calpain 2 (NP_001739.2). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 80 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for IHC, and the reagent is KO validated. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
