Anti-CAPN12 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the CAPN12 protein and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is reactive with Human and Mouse samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthesised peptide derived from the internal region of human CAPN12 and detects endogenous levels of total CAPN12 protein. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen and is unconjugated.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The product is provided in a 50 µL volume and is accompanied by one scientific validation image.
