Anti-CAPN10 Antibody

A polyclonal rabbit antibody from Antibodies.com that targets Calpain 10 (CAPN10) for Western blot applications on human samples. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-230 of human CAPN10 (NP_075571.1).

The recommended Western blot working dilution range is 1:1,000 to 1:4,000, with the target detected at a molecular weight of 68 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified.

Storage requires shipping at 4°C followed by aliquoting and storage at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. The product is supplied for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
