Description
Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CAPG (capping protein, actin filament, gelsolin-like). The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human samples.
The antibody is raised against recombinant full-length human CAPG and detects endogenous levels of total CAPG protein. It is supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and the target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 38 kDa.
Purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, the antibody exceeds 95% purity as assessed by SDS-PAGE.
